HST 2984 (crosslisted with WS 2984)

Introduces students to the social study of both gender and technology. Throughout the course, the student will assess not only the impact of technology on gender and vice versa, but also whether specific technologies liberate women and encourage equality or reinforce gender divisions and inequality.

This course is taught at least once a year.
